How It Works

• • If you are trading with another broker and haven’t yet experienced CXM, this is your chance.  
• • Register before September 20, 2025 and provide proof of your trading history with another broker. 
• • Deposit and trade in September, and you can receive up to $500 in cash rewards. 

Qualification Criteria 

To participate, a client must:  

• Be a new CXM client with no prior history at CXM. 
• Have at least 1 full month of trading history with another FX broker in the last 12 months. 
• Register no later than September 20, 2025. 
• Provide a live trading account statement (in their name) from another broker to their CXM account executive or via support email. 
• Use only Standard or CENT accounts. 
• Trade on MT4 or MT5 platforms. 
• Complete required Net Deposit and Trade Volume in September 2025. 
• Note: On CENT accounts, the lots requirement is 100x that of Standard accounts. 
• Trades must be held for at least 3 minutes to count.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility 

• Participation is open only to new clients with no prior trading history at CXM. 
• Clients must demonstrate at least 1 full month of live trading activity with another FX broker within the previous 12 months (see Terms and Conditions). 

2. Registration 

• After registering, clients must fill up the form on the designated page no later than September 20, 2025, in order to participate in this promotion.. 
• During registration, clients must designate a single MT4/MT5 account for participation. 
• Proof of prior trading history (account statement) must be submitted to the client’s account executive or via support email. 

2.1 Proof of Prior Trading Activity 

To qualify for participation in the Better Broker. Better You. promotion, each client must provide verifiable evidence of prior trading activity with another regulated FX/CFD broker. The following requirements apply: 

• Mandatory Documentation:
  • • A live trading account statement issued by another broker within the previous twelve (12) months.
  • • The statement must clearly display the client’s full name, the broker’s name/logo, the account number, and details of executed trades covering at least one (1) full calendar month.
• Acceptable Alternatives:
  • • A screenshot of the client’s live account dashboard (from the prior broker), provided that it shows the client’s name, account number, broker identity, and trading activity.
  • • Any such screenshot must be dated and verifiable.
• Submission Method:
  • • Documents must be submitted either (i) to the client’s assigned CXM account executive, or (ii) to CXM’s support team, sent directly from the email address registered with the client’s CXM account.
  • • Only documents in PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats will be accepted.
• Verification Criteria:
  • • CXM will review all documents to ensure authenticity and compliance.
  • • The trading account history must demonstrate at least one (1) full month of active trading, including executed positions, not merely deposits or withdrawals.
  • • The client’s name on the statement must match the name used for CXM KYC verification.
• False or Misleading Information:
  • • Any submission of falsified, altered, or misleading documentation will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion and may lead to further account restrictions at CXM’s discretion.

3. Accounts and  Platforms

• Eligible account types: Standard and CENT. 
• Eligible platforms: MT4 and MT5. 
• PAMM accounts are not eligible. 

4. Volume Calculation

• Trade volume will be calculated on all instruments, provided trades are held for longer than three (3) minutes. 
• For CENT accounts, the lot requirement is 100 times that of Standard accounts. 

5. Timeframe 

• Both the required deposit and trade volume must be completed within September 2025. 

6. Rewards 

• Rewards will be calculated based on Net Deposits and trade volume thresholds, as outlined above. 
• Rewards will be credited to the client’s CXM Wallet on or around the 15th of the following month. 
• Rewards are fully withdrawable. 

7. Restrictions 

• Internal transfers are not considered deposits. 
• Deposits and trade volume from multiple accounts cannot be combined; only the registered account applies. 
• This promotion cannot be combined with other CXM promotions or campaigns. 

8. CXM Rights 

CXM reserves the right to: 

• Verify all documentation, deposits, and trading activity. 
• Disqualify participants who provide false documentation, engage in wash trading, or attempt to manipulate the terms of the promotion.
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice, for operational, regulatory, or risk management reasons.  

9. Regional Restrictions 

CXM Direct LLC does not provide services to residents of: Afghanistan, Belarus, Canada, China, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, and Yemen. 

10. Risk Warning

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any dispute arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
